Salesforce Developer Required Skills
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com product suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com, various portals)
• Expertise in - Batch apex trigger, classes, Visualforce page development, AJAX tool kit, Webservices API (SOAP and REST) Integration.
• Basic configuration knowledge of salesforce.com (workflows, validation rules, approval process, custom formulas, page layout, record types).
• Prior experience of managing a development team will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to understand and collaborate with on requirements and design.
• Knowledge of Sales and Support process will be an added advantage.
• Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities
• Able to provide leadership, participate and be a productive member of the team
