Job Description:

Position:         Manager - Production 

Location:        Valsad

Experience:    12 - 15 Years

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventories of raw materials, packaging, engineering and other as per norms
• Deliver world-class quality and supply finished products as per agreed time-lines
• Deliver production as per sales plan, achieve the best achieved process efficiencies and control fixed cost
• Maintain the highest standards related to safety, health, environment and housekeeping
• Maintain engineering standards as per acceptable international norms
• Improve process efficiencies and people productivity along with the plant team and (or) improvement team
• Perform duties as the factory manager (for example, obtain licenses, permission for projects and other permissions)
• Implement minor capexes related to growth
• Perform role of people manager
• Support implement major capexes related to growth

Required Skills :-

• Experience of handling phenol and its derivatives ( Mixture of chlorophenols)      
• Proficiency in handling continuous distillation columns and DCS
• Expertise in making inventory reports , face ISO and other audits too.
• System like ISO 9001,14001 and 45001 documentations ,5S
• Knowledge of Oracle is preferred
• Experience of handling loop reactors ,canned pumps ,utilities like Nitrogen ,air
• Proficiency in safety

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech- Chemical

Salary:- Upto 23.00 LPA
