Job Description:
Location: Mumbai |
Grade : BPO3 |
Must have: |
• Exposure in writing SQL Scripts & handling jobs/process failures and other system incidents |
• Honds on experience in ticketing tools as per ITIL Service management Best Practices. |
Technical Skills: |
• Hands on experience in deploying the applications in IIS ,SQL monitoring and administration |
• Basic knowledge in Infrastructure, understanding of Server, HWs & ITIL awareness |
Soft Skills: |
• Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills. |
• Good understanding of Business e-mail writing etiquette. |
• Analytical and logical thinking |
Good to Have: |
• Basic knowledge in Linux OS, Java deployment, Server Virtualization |
Graduation & Experience |
• Graduates from any stream |
• Handle L1 requests from internal and external customers. • Ensure that problems and solutions are properly recorded and determines priorities in the handling of incident as per ITIL Service management Best Practices. • Application deployment in IIS and SQL monitoring & Administration. • KEDB and PMDB maintainence |
