Job Description:

EXPORT EXECUTIVE/CORDINATOR

Desired Candidature is as follows:-

Experience: 3+ years

Salary & Incentives: up to Rs.4 LPA

Job Location: RDC, Ghaziabad.
No. of Vacancies: One

Qualification: B. Tech in any stream

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Coordinate and communicating with International Clients.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related Products.
• Respond to complaints or queries from customers overseas.
• Handle the processing of all information with accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor the export team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
• On boarding vendors and vendor management
• Focus on core deliverables such as increasing brand awareness, bringing in retailers to the platform
• Should have experience on handling international clients.
• Study in competitor listings and websites to determine the best way for us to market our products
• Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.
• Need to tie-up with the vendors.
• Assist in Generating new leads & amp; responsible for B2B/B2C agreements.
• To maintain an up to date database of all the leads generated and ensure to follow up as per the timelines.
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot them.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent Proficiency in English
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team playerwith high level of dedication
• B. Tech in any stream;
• Exposure in client coordination or sales coordination on International Level will be  preferred.
