• Knowledge of import / export and logistics management.
• Able to handle the ICEGATE function.
• Documentation for export incentives/subsidy.
• Know the Export/Import clearance process.
• Knowledge of DGFT function.
• Aware of the basic Customs concept. i.e AD Code, IEC , RoDTEP, DBK
• Overall support to Head Commercial and Logistics function.
• Good reconciliation skills – Working with files from multiple sources and matching numbers.
• Knowledge of accounting skills – With respect to GST tax, Payment entries and Vendor Invoice postings
• Decent Excel skills – Vlookup, Pivots, Sort, Filters etc
• Knowledge of SAP – optional
• Decent communication skills with external stakeholders.
• The role would require interaction with Banks, suppliers, GST team, external consultants, site SCM teams.

• Job location : Kurla, Mumbai
• Workdays and timings : Monday to Friday 9hrs / day
• 1 year fixed term employement directly on piramal's payroll which is renewable basis on performance
