Job Title: Office Boy/Office Assistant

Job Summary: As an Office Boy/Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, providing essential support to various departments, and ensuring the overall well-being of the office environment. This position requires a responsible and proactive individual with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Maintenance:

    • Clean and tidy the office premises regularly, including workstations, common areas, and restrooms.
    • Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness standards.
  2. Office Supplies Management:

    • Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, kitchen supplies, and toiletries.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining an inventory of office materials.
  3. Assistance to Staff:

    • Support various departments by carrying out tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents.
    • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments when necessary.
  4. Mail and Courier Handling:

    • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
    • Arrange for the dispatch of outgoing mail and packages as needed.
  5. Errands and Outdoor Tasks:

    • Run office-related errands, such as banking transactions, bill payments, and other administrative tasks.
    • Assist in coordinating external services, such as repairs and maintenance.
  6. Security and Safety:

    • Monitor and report any security concerns or suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel.
    • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  7. Miscellaneous Support:

Qualifications and Requirements:
