Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of CRM for a reputed company at the (Goregaon) Mumbai location.
Responsibility:
- Collecting and analyzing customer data
- Using CRM systems to manage relationships
- Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
- Handling customer complaints
- Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members.
- Creating and executing retention campaigns
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve the customer experience
- Cross-selling and Upselling
Candidate's Profile:
- Should have experience in CRM
- Knowledge and Idea about all excle and PDF
- Should have excellent written and spoken English.
- Female candidate residing in western line required.
