Job Description:
i Ensure Waste Acceptance Criteria is adhered to at all times ii Meeting and greeting both internal and external clients, contractors and visitors to the site iii Efficiently input data onto the weighbridge from vehicles collecting/delivering to the site iv To answer all incoming calls and deal with appropriately v To carry out the production of set management information systems vi Scanning, filing, emailing documents to customers vii To undertake other weighbridge/administration duties the site manage may reasonably expect viii Raising of purchase orders including adding documents and recording received goods/services ix Resolving all invoice/purchase order queries for the site ensuring KPI’s are met x Ensuring all weighbridge/customer queries are resolved and actioned xi Ensure all site visitors have received full Health & Safety induction and are wearing the
