Assistant Manager - Design
Job Description:
Onboarding of Design & Execution Partners
- Identifying metrics and quality checks for shortlisting Architects, Design consultants & contractors and help in the shortlisting and empanelment process
Project Design Management
- Review of designs prepared by the empanelled Architects for the clients
- Monitoring the progress of projects & ensuring adherence to timeline, quality & budget
- Provide critical decision-making wherever required for the successful implementation of projects
Architectural Design
- Conducting design brief meetings with the client & collecting the client’s design requirements. Educating the clients on the relevant building rules of their given city.
- Preparing floor plans and presenting the same to the clients in rendered form
- Preparing design mood boards to understand client’s tastes and requirements
- Designing elevations and preparing 3d models in SketchUp / 3D Max and rendering the models using Vray, Lumion etc.
- Preparing detailed working drawings, MEP drawings etc.
- Preparing detailed area statements.
- Preparing drawings for Municipal approval.
