Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist who possesses comprehensive knowledge of EPF, ESIC, payroll management, and administration management. The ideal candidate will be adept at implementing and enforcing company rules and regulations while fostering a positive work culture and maintaining excellent relationships with all employees.

Responsibilities:

Manage EPF and ESIC processes efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Oversee payroll management, including accurate and timely processing of salaries, incentives, and benefits.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance and mitigate risks.
Cultivate a positive work culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
Build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Address employee grievances and concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining confidentiality and fairness throughout the process.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Monitor employee performance and conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and support for professional development.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
Support organizational growth objectives by aligning HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of EPF, ESIC, payroll management, and administration management.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Human Resources Management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
