ob Overview:
As a GeM Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the Government e-Marketplace operations with a focus on tender bidding, quotation preparation, and expertise in handling gem-related procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Bidding: Lead the process of participating in government tenders on the several government sites, ensuring compliance with bidding requirements and deadlines.

2. Quotation Preparation: Develop comprehensive and competitive quotations for gem-related products or services, taking into account pricing strategies, terms, and conditions.

3. Market Research: Stay informed about gem-related procurement trends and pricing on the GeM portal, conducting market research to enhance competitiveness in bids.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tender submissions, quotations, and other relevant documentation in compliance with GeM guidelines.

6. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to gather necessary information for successful tender submissions and quotations.

7. Gem Portal Management: Utilize expertise in handling gem-related transactions on the GeM portal, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender bidding and quotation preparation, preferably within the GeM framework.
- Knowledge of gem procurement processes and familiarity with the GeM portal and eprocurement.

Skills:
-Strong understanding of government procurement procedures.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
-Proficiency in using GeM portal functionalities.
