Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Sales & Business Development Manager for a reputed Real Estate Company for their Mumbai (Ghatkoper/Chembur) Location.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
- Identify and assess new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Uphold the company & reputation for excellence and professionalism.
- Implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Execute tactical plans to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in business development in the real estate industry.
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English & Local languages
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
