Job Description:

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

 

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive with expertise in musical instruments accessories to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of products such as guitar strings, drum heads, drum sticks, guitar tuners, and other musical accessories. They should be proficient in demonstrating these products to clients effectively while providing excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's musical instruments accessories product line, including guitar strings, drum heads, drum sticks, guitar tuners, and related items.

Identify and target potential clients, including music stores, schools, studios, and individual musicians, within the Mumbai area.

Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of our musical instruments accessories to clients.

Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding product selection, usage, and maintenance, based on their specific needs and preferences.

Generate sales leads through proactive outreach efforts, networking events, and referrals, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing to secure profitable deals for the company.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the musical instruments accessories market, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM software or other tracking tools.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and achieving revenue growth.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and expand our customer base.

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Music, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the musical instruments industry, with a focus on accessories such as guitar strings, drum heads, drum sticks, and guitar tuners.

Strong knowledge of musical instruments and accessories, including their features, specifications, and applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, build rapport, and establish long-term relationships.

Ability to demonstrate products effectively and communicate their value proposition to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver results.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
