2. **Repairs and Troubleshooting:** Oversee timely repair and troubleshooting of machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime.
3. **Spare Parts Management:** Manage spare parts inventory for quick and efficient procurement, supporting maintenance activities.
4. **Safety Compliance:** Ensure adherence to safety regulations, creating a secure working environment for the maintenance team and plant personnel.
5. **Team Leadership:** Lead the maintenance team, provide training, and promote a proactive approach to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency in a steel foundry.
