Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safe Transportation:

   • Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
   • Ensure the safety of passengers, goods, or equipment during transit.

2. Vehicle Maintenance:

   • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
   • Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate maintenance.

3. Route Planning:

   • Plan efficient routes to reach destinations on time, considering traffic and weather conditions.
   • Familiarity with GPS/navigation systems to optimize travel routes.

4. Timely Arrival:

   • Arrive at designated locations on schedule, facilitating prompt and efficient operations.
   • Communicate effectively with dispatch or relevant personnel regarding any delays.

5. Customer Service:

   • Provide a professional and courteous experience for passengers or clients.
   • Assist with loading and unloading as needed.

6. Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
   • Ensure all required documents (licenses, permits, insurance) are up-to-date.

7. Safety Compliance:

   • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
