Essential Skills and Qualities:

  2. Strong sales skills: You'll need to effectively handle objections, overcome challenges, and close deals.
  3. Financial and business acumen: Familiarity with financial concepts and the rating industry is advantageous, especially for consultancies dealing with credit or product ratings.
  4. Data analysis and reporting skills: The ability to analyze client data and prepare reports highlighting the potential benefits of your consultancy's services is crucial.
  5. Tech-savviness: Proficiency in CRM systems and industry-specific software is expected.
  6. Resilience and persistence: Telesales often involve rejection, so a positive attitude and the ability to bounce back are vital.
Potential Responsibilities:
