Job Description:

Additionally, as BD manager
 Act as a growth & development champion by exceeding revenue targets
 Gather and use market intelligence to provide insights to support the business
development function and generate leads to bring in more clients
 Preparing Proposal / Engagement Letters, updating and maintaining CRM Databases
in Excel and Online Portal
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customers
 Analyse and present (to the Partner and Managing Partner) the monthly progress
basis on initiatives with clear action plan for the next month
 Managing Social media Marketing / Digital marketing / PR & Media
Management and be the POC with external agency partners
 Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities and present strategic
analysis periodically
 Protects firm’s value by keeping information strictly confidential.
 Any other scope as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements
 Graduate from any field (B.Com preferred) with a reasonably good knowledge of CA
practice areas.
 4-5 years of Business Development experience (2+ years in relevant / similar firms)
 Demonstrate high negotiation skills and track record of developing new categories
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to adapt quickly to company and to develop business opportunities
 Willingness to travel
 Fluency in English and Hindi
