Desired Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Preferably in Industrial Engineering
Desired Work Experience: 6-7 years in Similar Position
Work Location: ACGL Honda Goa
CTC: Best in Industry
Preference - Male Candidate
Desired Skills: Technical knowledge, Excellent Communication Skills, Negotiation skills, Process orientation, Interpersonal skills, People Management.
Purpose of the position |
This position is responsible to create, deploy and maintain uniform business processes and systems relevant to Manufacturing Engineering. Drive the continuous improvement Projects and digitize it. |
Relevant Experience: |
1. 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing processes preferably business processes 2. Experience in process compliance to TMPS/IATF & NPI Gen4 processes 3. Manufacturing Planning: Feasibility to realisation 4. Engineering Change management 5. PFD/PFMEA/Work Instructions |

Strategy Development: - Responsible for system design, development and implementation of processes internal to Manufacturing Engineering - He/she shall coordinate with the stake-holders and bringing in the consensus - Drive the digitisation projects in ME for process digitisation, system digitisation - Ensure horizontal deployment of systems and its enhancement across ME - Conduct sample audits / dipstick assessment for deployment maturation - Drive the Modular BOM implementation projects across ME in TCE and TCUA - Ensure compliance to NPI Gen4 Processes within ME |

Relationship development:- - Co-ordinate with Internal stakeholders to understand the changes in the process. - Co-ordinate and guide the system development team and provide the business logic for automation/digitisation - Co-ordinate with the stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of process improvement. Ensure training and awareness - Actively participate in various CFTs for Productivity Improvement projects |
