Product Manager
Job Description:
General Requirements:
Knowledge: Product management, UI/UX, Understand technical requirement.
Education / Specialization: Bachelors in IT or Computer science. PG in relevant field preferred.
Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fintech/Banks (Knowledge of Fintech products such as UPI,
IMPS, BBPS is mandatory).
Role & Responsibilities:
Business Development
• Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
• Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance,
and operations.
• Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
• Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.
• Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
• Assess and address technical risks.
Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
• Coordinate beta tests.
• Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
Client Relationship Building
• Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth
product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicates the same effectively to
prospects.
• In collaboration with internal team, meet with prospects, organize and conduct meetings and strive to
establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert lead into client stage
• Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query
resolution
Industry Awareness
• Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, key trends and market
dynamics
• Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends,
developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various
departments to get deeper product knowledge
• Coordinate with various departments (Sales, Technology etc.) to ensure exceptional customer service
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
• Managing product team to achieve business goals
System & Process Compliance
• Maintain accurate records for designated accounts and share regular updates with the Team Lead and
Segment Head
• Ensure highest standards of compliance to Mobileware’s policies, processes and value structure
