Job Description:

We are a manufactures of building material products, primarily wood related products. 

Developing, implementing, Auditing & review of HSE management system in accordance with the applicable Legal & standard requirements.

This shall include the following;

     To maintain the standard of quality and services as defined by the top-level management.

     To ensure company HSE policy implemented consistently across the project.

     Developing HSE objects & Target for the project.

     To develop, implement & evaluate an HSE management system for construction project.

     To develop implement and evaluate an effective waste management system on the basis of the scope of works.

     Develop and run various HSE campaign & awareness programs throughout the project.

     To identify and meet employee training needs in relation to HSE and develop HSE training plan matrix.

     Deliver comprehensive HSE training program to continually improve and sustain a positives HSE culture.

     Coordinate and control contractor (main, Sub) activities and records.

     Support the departments to development safe system of work (ie. Permit to work, work instructions, Departmental procedures, Policies, Contractor management, waste management programs)

     Maintain HSE legal register & compliance status. Periodically review the same & advice the management on changes.

     Ensure the contractors (Main & Sub) staff should attended the orientation / induction without failure.

     Support all department and contractors to ensure adequate risk assessment programs their work activities are developed, implemented &reviewed periodically.

     To carry out site inspections and campaign to evaluate the effectiveness of HSE management system of contractors to identify the area of improvement.

     Record and investigate incident to determine causes and handle workers. Also, participation in HSE incident investigation /root cause analysis of the HSE incidents and its corrective action plans.

     Perform trend analysis of incident and near miss data and advice the management with recommendation for improvement.

     Conduct daily site inspection and issue the report to Shop floor, follow up for closeout action.

     Implementing and monitoring of onsite training and communication programs such as Toolbox Talks, site safety induction on the job training and Weekly / Monthly inspection and reporting.

     Ensure that adequate documents & records related HSE are maintaining in the organization with traceability & easy access to all concerned.

     Conducting Fire drills / Mock drills as per the requirements.

     Preparing and reviewing Risk Assessment and As impact register for the operation
