Overview:
Seeking an experienced HR Recruiter/Executive to join our team. Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates aligned with company values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on needs and goals.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods (social media, job boards, networking).
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Promote employer brand at events and through outreach.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Support HR team and provide guidance to hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR recruitment for 1 year atleast.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Certified HR professional (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
