Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:

   • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the electrical team.
   • Manage and mentor electrical technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
   • Plan and coordinate work schedules, assignments, and resources to optimize plant performance.

2. Electrical System Maintenance and Optimization:

   • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
   • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
   • Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate and prevent electrical failures.

3. Compliance and Safety:

   • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and standards in electrical operations.
   • Conduct regular safety audits and implement necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment.
   • Keep abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements to continually improve safety protocols and procedures.

4. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:

   • Lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
   • Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.

5. Budgeting and Cost Control:

   • Assist in the development of the electrical maintenance budget and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective operations.
   • Identify opportunities for cost savings through optimization of electrical systems and processes.
