Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have Skills : Salesforce Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialty Job Requirements : 1 Must Have - SFDC Configuration Basic and Advanced 2 Experience on Review, Estimations, Solutioning, Change Management 3 Can provide solution on given business scenario and represent to all stakeholders 4 Can understand and articulate technical architecture 5 Integration experience on Third Party, External tools with salesforce Bi-directional 6 Aware of environment management in SFDC 7 Experience on Project Management across SDLC phases 8 Aware or worked on Communities, Sites 9 Implementation Methodologies Agile, Waterfall 10 Experience on Project Management across SDLC phases 11 Client Interactions/Handling Skills 12 Good communication Skills 13 Any SFDC Certification 14 Good to Have - Team Handling Experience 15 PD1/PD2 Certification 16 SalesCoud or ServiceCloud certification 17 Veeva or Knowledge and Usage of any App Exchange tool
