Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager Sales for a reputed  Company for Mumbai(Lower Parel) locations

 

To generate revenue through lead generation activities, both through client and broker networks, and closing the deals. Aid in the expansion process and grow the brand value of Company. As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the sales team as well as the other internal teams to execute the following roles and responsibilities.

Roles and responsibilities:
As we are a growing company the tasks outlined here are not limited to and will constantly evolve based on your capabilities and the business needs:

Leads, Revenue & Future Growth

  • Work towards building and maintaining 100% occupancy of our existing centers.
  • Responsible for growth in revenue of Dextrus. Increase revenue through the selling of desks but also by increasing revenue through membership, meeting rooms, virtual plans etc.
  • Assist with marketing and networking both online and in-person to drive leads
  • Conduct tours to show Dextrus to potential clients and brokers

Market Research

  • Understand the Company’ business model well, conduct thorough research on the same to identify and develop new customers and businesses.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, offers, new co-working spaces/ business centers, etc.

Leveraging Networks

  • Create and maintain relations with IPCs and DPCs to automate the lead generation through brokers
  • Identify and enroll new channel partners to promote the brand
  • Identify and strategize new lead generating opportunities
  • Participate in events and networking opportunities to represent and promote company with all partner networks

Client Relationship

  • Develop a potential client network organically
  • Engage with existing clients and ensure a complete understanding of their requirements.
  • Actively seek various customer requirements and coordinate for the same with the other departments.
  • Update the clients regularly about the company’s progress and development.
  • Company Team
  • Coordinate and ensure good communication with the relevant internal teams to help execute client requirements.
  • Coordinate with team leads to help them execute respective tasks and strategies


Requirements :
Educational Qualification – Graduate /Post Graduation

Candidate Requirement:

  • A proactive and people person - An eye for detail and a passion for great customer experiences.
  • A diverse profile - an all arounder who can coordinate with the different teams to execute on time and efficiently.
  • A self-starter - able to work with minimal supervision and take the initiative and have a keen sense of ownership of their responsibility.
  • A creative thinker - able to problem solve on the go
  • A communicator - good ability to spark conversations, bring people together, and create real value for members and neighbors. Good spoken English and etiquette is critical, with charming and presentable personality
  • An enabler - always looking for ways to reduce costs, get clients organically through building of relationship networks.
