Job Description:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of clerical experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with bilingual

fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Familiarity with Internal Audit processes.

 

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Manage and facilitate official external communication for the IA

Department with other relevant departments and external

entities.

  • Perform administrative, such as filling and maintaining signed

documents.

  • Write memos, emails, letters on behalf of the IA Supervisor.
  • Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Experience maintaining and prioritizing management calendars.
  • Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
