Job Description:
Qualification: Any degree with MSW / MBA, conversant with Industrial laws
Experience: 10-15 years in Logistics or any other industry, out of which last 3-4 yrs should be
in the capacity of GM/VP or equivalent position in HR.
Reporting to: Board of Directors of WWL Group
Place of work: Chennai
CTC: Rs.8-10 lakhs
The incumbent should be able to handle all core HR activities, like Manpower Planning, Recruitment and
Retaining, etc.
He should have the vision to drive the HR plans of the organization by motivating the HR teams in
different locations.
