Office timing : 10 - 7 (alternate saturday’s off)

GyanDhan has recently ventured into the domestic segment offering interest-free loans for school fees, college fees, and upskilling courses. The Company has partnered with more than 400 institutes in India to date.

Key Responsibilities

● Application Process Monitoring: -Monitor and track the progress of education loan applications at each stage. -Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure timely updates to both internal stakeholders and applicants.

● Communication and Coordination: -Act as a central point of contact for internal teams regarding application updates. -Collaborate closely with the sales team and lending team to streamline communication and ensure a seamless application process.

● Issue Resolution: -Identify and escalate any issues or challenges in the application process promptly. -Work collaboratively with team members to find effective solutions and ensure a positive experience for both students & sales team.
