Job Description:
• Initiated an all-digital (Maximus) Business Loan NTB journey. Highlights include
Aadhaar based login; vKYC integration with process setting and agent hiring; Entity
KYC integration. Expected go-live in the month of May.
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, BIU, Credit, Sales and Operations to come up with
an efficient digital journey.
• Track adoption of new system and understand reasons for
cases getting punched in FinnOne. Improved Servosys adoption from 54% to beyond
95% in a span of 3 months by resolving major production issues highlighted by ground
teams.
• Production Stability Program – Undertook a 3-month initiative of driving 200 plus
bugs/enhancements through development cycles, testing in UAT and Beta (preprod)
server and moving to production. Number of issues raised reduced by more than 60%
for subsequent months.
• Mentored a team of 4 managers on the entire process
