Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of ecommerce operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily activities.
- Manage inventory levels, procurement, and fulfilment processes to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Analyse ecommerce metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation in ecommerce operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in E-commerce Operations
- Proven experience in ecommerce operations management, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, inventory management systems, and analytics tools.
- Passion for Women's Indian Wear and a deep understanding of the target market.
