1 She/He must have relevant real estate experience of more than 5 years
2 Must be a self-starter with prior experience in business development/ key account management
3 Must be articulate and well accustomed in a client facing role
4 Strong command over written & spoken English
5 Responsible for fosterting strong relationship with the Developers in assigned micromarkets
6 Work cross functionally within the ACP vertical to communicate with all stakeholders in project's lifecycle
7 Nurture long-term relationship with key stakeholders in Developer house and maintain their contact database
8 Ensure smooth onboarding of projects by collecting complete project information as per given template
9 Keep updating project information on a weekly basis
10 Keep track of all new project launches of the assigned Developers/micromarkets and onboard them on the ACP platform
11 Negotiate and extract best brokerage slabs from the assigned Developers/micromarket projects
12 Tie-up with Developers for AOP
13 Liaison for timely brokerage payout from Developers
14 Resolve customer lead conflicts with Developers
15 Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual target of number of projects to be onboarded on the ACP technology platform
16 Explain ACP tech platform features to the Developer and devise revenue streams other than brokerage
