Site Accountant - Real Estate Industry - (Sarjapur Road)Bangalore
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Site Accountant for a reputed company in Real Estate industry at Bangalore location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track all invoices related to construction projects
- Review contractors’ bills for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and Forward invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders to head office.
- Research and resolve invoice and billing disputes with civil Department
- Maintain files on contracts, warranties, insurance policies
- Prepare reports as necessary
- Coordinate with inventory management to check storage, do sudden and periodic count to inventory and follow-up its records, and submit the follow-up reports to financial department.
- Handling petty cash maintenance
- Handling supplier bill payments.
- Files management
- Maintaining records of goods received note (GRN) , reconciliation of GRN with Tax Invoice, work order and submission of tax invoice to HO for processing payment.
- Vendor Reconciliation.
- Co-ordinating with H.O., procurement, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Experience: 3–5 Years in construction/Real estate industry
