Job Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Recex.co. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine marketing strategies, conduct market research, and stay updated on industry trends.

 

TARGET : 5X of Annual salary as book value per month

Qualifications

 

  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the recruitment industry or related field
  • Knowledge of AI-based tools and technology
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
