      Position: Business Development & Corporate Sales
      
Primary responsibility  is to:
 
1.Generate New Sales
2.supporting the Companies sales strategies in his/her designated or identified geography. 
3.Developing New Line of Business and Growth in existing portfolio.

 

      Key Responsibilities

 

• Contribution in business growth
• Strategic planning and team building.
• Development of new product line of business 
• Growth oriented 

 

       Required Competencies
 
• Growth oriented attitude
• Must have excellent Communication skill and strong Knowledge
• Advantageous to have strong relationship with market and clients   
• Result Orientation - Should be able to deliver on the company’s stretch performance parameters
• Interpersonal Skills- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate his/her team 
• Advantageous to have good presentation skills 

 

Experience- 8 to 16 years
