  • Working time- 9 hours
  • Communication skills- Excellent (proficiency in English is mandatory)
  • Job Location- Head Office, Lower Parel


Job purpose: 

Welcoming visitors with professionalism, managing reception tasks efficiently, and supporting office operations to ensure seamless functionality and uphold company standards.

 Responsibilities
 
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages when necessary.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Provide general support to colleagues as requested.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times. o Perform other duties as assigned by management.
