Job Description:

• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan - Season wise, month wise by splitting
• the target.
• Monitor showroom sales (by converting customer walk-ins, up-sell and cross-sell).
• Drive promotion activities.
• Continuous tracking of the promotional strategies used by competitors.
• Suggest new offers and promotional ideas for increasing sales during festivals/occasions.
• Identifies most effective advertisement methods (indoor/outdoor) for better brand
• visibility.
• Review of marketing plan at regular intervals.
• Working with the Business development team to increase customer walk-ins.
• Managing marriage parties, High net worth and bulk purchase customers with right focus
• on product mix.
• Meet prospective clients, inviting marriage parties to the shop through meetings setup by
• the business development team.
