Job Description:

Experience: -
* Min 5 to 10 years of Exp (Must Have)
* Min 2-3 years of exp with Real Estate Clients)
* 3+ years with the same Company is Must. (Fund Raising, Compliances, GST, TDS, Taxation, CA)

Key Skills
• Proactive and enthusiastic candidate is preferred
• Must have problem solving attitude
• Knowledge of TDS, GST, Income Tax
• Must have knowledge of Advance Excel (9/10), Google sheet (9/10), Tally Prime (9/10)
• Must have knowledge of Account writing from starting to finalization of Balance Sheet
• Good command over drafting skills and English
• Must have minimum 6 years of experience in Real estate business
• Candidate should be Sincere, dedicated towards work, punctual and can handle multiple things at a time
• Male candidate Preferred

Key Responsibilities
• To maintain Site wise accounting of multiple site independently
• Can handle minimum 6 site accounts Simultaneously
• Independently handle the collection cycle and fund flow of the company and of multiple sites
• Prepare Quarterly TDS Working, download form 16
• Prepare monthly GST working and return filling along with reconciliation of Books with 2B.
• Liaison with Auditor, Bankers and Farmers
• Prepare Monthly MIS Report including Cash flow statement
• Assist in preparing Yearly, quarterly and Monthly Budget
• Assist in variance Analysis of actual vs budgeted on monthly basis
• To pass monthly set of entries of GST in books
• Ensure monthly ledger scrutiny of books of accounts
• Reconcile TDS ledger with 26AS on a quarterly basis
• If need be go through Dastaveg and Banakhat Documents of Land and of customers
