Back office operations executive
Job Description:
Back office operations for PMS, MF and other investment product:
- Speaking to customers on the documentations and other account opening queries.
- Meeting the client in person and closing the documentation needed.
- Managing the entire Bangalore client base for the PMS and MF products, if any.
- Coordinate with the Mumbai (central office) and customer relation team for prompt resolutions for Bangalore market.
- Personally meet the customers for the documentation request and also to punch the acct opening forms and other forms into the system.
- Decent communication and good personalities
