ob Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The Electrical Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our engineering and maintenance teams to optimize production processes, troubleshoot electrical issues, and implement preventative maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for PVC and HDPE pipe manufacturing processes.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, generators, and control systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain electrical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance personnel on electrical systems and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering technology, recommending upgrades or modifications as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastics or piping industry.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and controls, with an emphasis on industrial applications.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and automation systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex electrical issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
