Job Description:

What is expected of this position:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
• Conduct market research to identify potential export markets and assess market trends, competition,
and opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive export sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify key target customers and segments within each market and develop tailored sales approaches.
Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:
• Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, trade shows, and digital
marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through CRM software.
Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for export customers, addressing inquiries, providing product
information, and resolving issues promptly.
• Understand client needs and preferences to tailor solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth by negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams including finance, marketing, product development, logistics to ensure
alignment and support for export sales initiatives with order to cash approach.

• Prepare documentation or co-ordination related to international trade transactions as per legal process.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for management
review.

JOB SPECIFICATION (educational qualification/experience/skills/etc.)
• Experience in developing Export Business
• Knowledge of International transactions and Export formalities and the local government laws related
to international trade, Free-Trade agreement details. Experience in documentation procedures of the
same.
• Graduate in Engineering/ Business administration.
• Desirable to have qualifications with International Business
• Overall experience of min 10 years with at least 3-5 years’ experience in handling Export Market
• Preference in Handling Asia Pacific and African regions
• Good English Communication skills
