Position: HR Coordinator On OBOX HR Solutions Payroll
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working Time: 10 AM – 7 PM
Work Mode: Work from office
Location: HSR, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing full recruitment life cycle coordination.
- Preparing job description as per the requirement and job posting on various jobs portals.
- Designing and implementing the actions for specific hiring as per the organization needs.
- Issuing the Offer letter and Appointment letter and taking care of all the related documentation for an employee on-boarding, Confirmation letters, Resignation acceptance, and experience letters.
- Coordination with Payroll for the salary smooth-flow every month.
- Employee Engagement Activities.
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory.
