Product Manager – Business Quality Auto Loan- Pune

Job Description:

Manage Operationnal Quality with sales team – Disbursement related
quality like Hind Sighting, File dispatch, correct documents and
repayment related quality like ENach drive, E-KYC, Madate curing.
 Manage Collection Quality of business like FEMI, NS, 6MOB, GFR with
help of own team and frontline team.
 Manage Business Development related activities like Login Conversion
Reviews, Same Day Login Same Day Disbursement, Special drive for
Good CIBIL customers.
 Excellent understanding of collections to arrive at a conclusion basis
collection trend and prepare actionable basis collection data analysis
 Team management and drive team for business support.
 Ensure critical factors like 6MOB, GFR, FEMI, NS is below
organisational threshold limit, so that scheme/ LTV are smooth and
business doesn’t stop due to arrear in 6MOB and GFR.
 Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers
 Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the
frontline sales team for Quality.
 Close coordination with frontline sales team on daily/weekly basis
w.r.t. Quality and resolve them.
 Visit markets and understand issues and provide solutions.
