Retail Regional Manager
Job Description:
We are hiring for Regional Retails Manager for Leading Gems & Jewelry Industry
Will be responsible for running store ops in multiple cities. Responsible for delivering benchmark retail experience. Setting in place and ensuring adherence to all retail SOPs. City level PnL. Leading and inspiring store teams.
New store openings. Staff training and development.
Job Location - Bangalore
Experience - 8-10 Years (of which a min of 3 -4 years in jewellery (Chains) handling multiple cities)
Industry Preference - Fashion Retail
Job Role :
a. Ownership of P&L for all Brand exclusive stores in the south region
b. Leading a team of Area Managers/ Cluster Managers and drive performance of all stores in their portfolio
c. Coordinate with internal teams and develop processes to ensure smooth operations of all stores in their region.
d. At least 5-8- years of experience in Sales & Ops team of other retail brands currently at Regional Manager level.
e. Experience of working across cities in south like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.
f. Base Location - Bengaluru, travel in south region
