Job Description:

Key Responsibility:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities within business processes.
2. Analyse current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation using RPA technologies.
3. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and technical specifications.
4. Work closely with RPA developers to design, configure, and test automated solutions.
5. Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and risk assessments for RPA projects.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed RPA solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability.
7. Stay updated on emerging RPA technologies and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
3. Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and automation concepts
4. Experience working with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
5. Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Relevant certifications in RPA (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate) are a plus.
