Job Description:

The incumbent must be presentable and have knowledge and exposure to financial markets and products, as well as be up-to-date on developments, market news, financial trends, and current affairs.

List of Products : Broking, AUM based products, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Unlisted, Insurance

1. Achieve customer acquisition targets for Retail customers

  • Generate new leads through interactions with referrals, personal contacts, etc.
  • Analyse potential leads such as customers holding demat account with the company.
  • Undertake visits to customers once markets close to solicit referrals
  • Meet with potential corporate investors regularly to convert leads
  • Try and ensure that the quality of accounts sourced meets the mandated threshold
  • Use various means such as sms, phone, email, in person, etc. to convert leads
  • Provide customers with information and ideas on broking and investment options
  • Provide customers with information on the process of opening a demat account, the advantages, etc.
  • Educate and persuade customers to trade in the stock market
  • Help customers see the benefits and potential profits by investing in equities
  • Ensure that all customer queries are addressed satisfactorily
  • Build and maintain cordial, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Take efforts to maintain a high level of retention of existing clients
  • Work continuously on building a network of clients and acquaintances

2. Achieve cross selling targets

Generate new leads and achieve cross selling targets, relating to other financial product offerings

Requirements:

  • Graduate, MBA or equivalent. Only from Banking, Broking, AMC, Wealth.
