Job Description:
Independently handling Mortgage Retention from Balance Transfer to other Banks / FI’s in Noida, Ghaziabad & Delhi region |
To groom Retail Branches about product, policy & process |
Act as a single point of contact for all Asset Servicing Branches & HUB in Noida, Ghaziabad & Delhi region |
Independently handling customer grievances raised to RBI, Head Service Quality & legal cases related to Mortgages Product |
Building digital journey to on board customer journey for mortgage application, Monitoring the usage of the application by different channel partners |
Overall delivery of superior level of customer service in customer satisfaction as well as efficiency |
To decongestion of various processes of HUB in verticals of credit, Operation, Technical, Legal, RCU & sales |
