Short-Term Strategies:
1. Sales Forecasting:Analyze and forecast sales trends.
2. Market Knowledge: Research market conditions and legislation.
3. Networking: Engage with industry stakeholders and potential clients.
4. Lead Generation:Identify and attract potential clients.
5. Marketing Collaboration: Align with marketing consultants and provide feedback.
6. Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales and leasing targets.
Long-Term Strategies:
1. Leasing Alignment:Align leasing with corporate strategy and budget.
2. Contract Management: Evaluate, negotiate, and manage real estate contracts.
3. Transaction Oversight: Manage leasing transactions and documentation.
4. Improvement:Analyze performance and implement strategies for enhancement.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for professionals having a MBA degree with minimum 4+ years of experience in warehouse/office/retail leasing or having good exposure of Sales/Business Development in B2B, corporate or similar profile working with reputed brands preferably in real estate/construction projects.
