Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to optimize financial performance.

Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial analysis, risk management, cash flow management, and financial controls. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Commercial Operations: Lead commercial operations to drive revenue growth and profitability. Develop pricing strategies, manage contract negotiations, and oversee sales forecasting and planning.

Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the finance and commercial teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that support business growth and expansion initiatives. Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and revenue enhancement.

Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, regulators, and business partners. Serve as a key liaison between finance, commercial, and other functional areas.

Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track financial and commercial performance. Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior finance and commercial leadership roles.
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
- Deep understanding of commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
- Experience in the [specific industry or sector, if applicable].
