SR. ACCOUNTANT - RAIPUR

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Transactions: Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

2. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and providing recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.

4. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, maintaining proper documentation, and staying updated on tax laws and changes.

5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

6. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

7. Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during audits to ensure compliance with auditing standards.

8. Financial Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

9. Cash Management: Monitor cash flow, manage bank accounts, and reconcile bank statements to ensure liquidity and proper fund management.

10. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
