Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the post of Leasing Manager for a reputed Commercial Real Estate Company for their office.

 

Job Location- Mumbai/Pune

 

Job Summary:

  • A leasing manager is an employee of a company who is responsible for generating leads through various channels, He should able to generate enquiries of corporate & Brands
  • A leasing manager evaluates new and existing leases, prepares lease documents, and oversees their ongoing maintenance.
  • A leasing manager also monitors the financial condition of lessees and their compliance with the terms of the lease agreement.
  • A leasing manager also oversees lease renewals, and handles disputes between lessees and lessors.

Duties:

  • Develop and manage leasing activities, including leasing policies, procedures, and programs
  • Identify market needs and trends
  • Develop, maintain, and recruit leasing personnel
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Establish and maintain a positive image with the public
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing properties
  • Be involved in sales and marketing
  • Oversee record keeping

Responsibilities:

  • Source enquiries for Leasing through various channels, He should able to generate enquiries corporate & Brands
  • Should have strong network of commercial leasing agents
  • Screen applicants for credit and background, conduct credit, criminal, and eviction checks
  • Oversee marketing, leasing, and management of commercial properties
  • Prepare Plan & outline the starategies for for leasing
  • Arrange site visits of prospective clients, negotiate leases, and oversee tenant move-in or move-out
  • Conduct regular property inspections, and review and approve work orders
  • Create operating budgets, and review and respond to tenant complaints
  • Make recommendations to improve property financials and ROI
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to fulfill projects
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of common areas and tenant spaces, including routine inspections

Requirements and Skills:

  • 7+ years’ proven experience in property management, real estate sales, or leasing; experience in affordable housing, multi-family housing, senior living, or commercial office a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of property management software
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
