1. Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails
2. Identifying and resolving client queries
3. Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications
4. Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
5. Ensuring to respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
6. Providing clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company
7. Responsible to acquire new HNI Partner or Clients
8. Responsible to manage different offline events
